I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I received excellent service from check-in until check-out. The hotel itself was very nice, with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently located near great markets and shopping malls, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was well-managed, offering a good variety of options. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were the best aspects of my stay.
Almost perfect, but the hotel could improve on the variety of Indian food options available for breakfast, especially for vegetarian guests like myself.
Additionally, the room I was upgraded to, which was supposed to be a honeymoon room, didn't meet my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in Thailand. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's free shuttle service, which allowed us to explore nearby shopping malls and the Platinum shopping mall. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the sky train station made it easy for us to navigate the city. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service.

The hotel's location was amazing, close to great markets like Indra Square Mall, Pratunam Market, and Platinum Fashion Mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and easy access to transportation to other tourist cities in Thailand.
