We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and accommodated our special request. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a fantastic shower. The hotel facilities, including the fitness suite and infinity pool, were great. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering a wonderful view. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both continental and Asian. The location was convenient, being near an upmarket shopping mall and many restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area.

During my stay, the staff members at the pool bar were not only cheerful and charming but also displayed utmost professionalism. The front desk personnel, particularly Name, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and thorough checkout experience. Name even took the time to explain my charges in detail and assist me in downloading a transportation app for my onward journey. Additionally, the room service was quick and professional, and the presentation of the mango and sweet rice was so impressive that it demanded its own photo. The hotel's cleanliness, modernity, and variety of breakfast options were truly exceptional. Moreover, the staff's friendliness and willingness to accommodate made my stay even more enjoyable.
For us, the hotel's location in the heart of the city, between two major shopping malls and close to the main Sukhumvit area, was ideal.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The water pressure in the shower was strong, giving us a refreshing experience. The bed mattress was soft and comfortable, allowing us to have a relaxing sleep. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a decent selection. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were wonderful. The location was great, with easy access to the Skytrain and nearby restaurants.
Couldn't fault anything.
Everything was perfect during our stay.
